HIV Support Services

HIV Support Services at the Colorado Health Network is dedicated to empowering individuals living with HIV in the UsaF Academy area through a comprehensive range of supportive services. Our devoted case managers guide you at every step, helping you access vital resources such as housing assistance, nutritious food access, and medical transportation. We also offer essential support including emergency financial aid for utilities and phone bills, budgeting assistance, and access to Naloxone. All services are provided at no cost through the Ryan White Program, ensuring that you receive the support you need to thrive. To begin your journey with us, simply provide proof of diagnosis to a case manager, either in-person or via fax. Your health and well-being are our top priority, and we are here to ensure you have the support necessary to live a fulfilling life.
