This two-month program offers a comprehensive approach to health through evidence-based chronic disease prevention initiatives, including Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring. Participants will receive guidance from trained Healthy Heart Ambassadors and are encouraged to participate in bi-monthly nutrition and exercise seminars, as well as to monitor and record their blood pressure at least twice a month. Support and resources are available without the need for YMCA membership, making it accessible to all looking to take control of their health.
