Partnering for Adams County Kids (PACK) is dedicated to enhancing the lives of children, youth, and families in Strasburg, Colorado, through a holistic 2Gen approach. By bringing together families with children and youth aged birth to 21, along with community agency representatives, PACK fosters collaborative planning sessions aimed at identifying and connecting families with essential resources. Our mission centers on creating actionable plans that not only improve outcomes but also strengthen service connections for Adams County families.
