Tiffany Lee

Dr. Tiffany Lee is a compassionate Licensed Clinical Psychologist dedicated to working with both adolescents and adults. With a focus on areas such as depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, parenting challenges, relationship difficulties, and domestic violence, she utilizes a flexible, patient-centered approach grounded in Humanistic, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive-Behavioral Theory. Dr. Lee seeks to empower her patients by helping them discover their inner strengths and navigates the complex emotions that contribute to unwanted behaviors. She is committed to assisting individuals in finding their sense of identity, especially during times of crisis, and in making decisions that foster well-being and personal growth. A graduate of the APA-accredited Hawaii School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University, she completed an APPIC-accredited internship with the Adult Mental Health Division's forensic-based internship program. Her professional journey includes valuable experience with the Department of Public Safety at the Oahu Community Correctional Center before transitioning into private practice. Having been raised and educated in Hawaii, Dr. Lee brings a deep appreciation for local and varied cultures, integrating insights from her personal experiences into her therapeutic practice.
