Located in Silt, Colorado, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to offering essential food assistance and resources to low-income individuals facing dysphagia. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those in need by providing vital items such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
