OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women in Rocky Ford, CO, who are battling ovarian cancer. This compassionate program offers essential financial assistance to help alleviate some of the burdens faced by these resilient individuals. Our aid includes a $200 financial grant, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card to ensure patients can access necessary resources. Additionally, we provide psycho-social counseling sessions via phone with licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling sessions to help navigate the challenges of their diagnosis. We encourage healthcare professionals to submit applications on behalf of patients, which are processed in the order received, with grants provided based on available funding.
