OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women in Rifle, CO, as they bravely navigate their journey with ovarian cancer. Our mission is to alleviate some of the burdens these resilient individuals face by offering critical financial assistance packages tailored specifically for ovarian cancer patients. Each qualified applicant can receive a financial grant of $200, along with a $100 gas card and a $100 grocery card to help cover essential needs. We also provide psycho-social counseling sessions conducted by licensed clinical social workers, as well as genetic counseling sessions via phone by licensed genetic counselors. We encourage healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of patients, with processing based on the order received and funding availability.
