Project Angel Heart

Located in Pueblo, CO, Project Angel Heart is dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals facing severe illnesses such as cancer, HIV/AIDS, and multiple sclerosis through our essential food assistance program. We prepare and deliver medically tailored nutritious meals, providing seven entrees each week along with healthy sides like bread, fruit, and string cheese, all at no cost to our clients. Our service ensures that those in need can access home-delivered meals without the barriers of age or income qualifications. Furthermore, we offer complimentary access to a registered dietitian for personalized nutrition education and counseling, reinforcing our commitment to holistic health and well-being for all those we serve.
