Located in Peyton, Colorado, HIV Support Services is dedicated to providing essential support to individuals living with HIV. Our team of compassionate case managers works closely with clients to navigate the complex landscape of available resources, ensuring access to critical assistance programs that include housing support, nutritious food access, medical transportation, emergency financial aid for utilities and phone bills, and educational budgeting guidance. We strive to empower our clients by offering vital resources such as Naloxone and assistance in obtaining necessary documentation. Access to our services is straightforward; simply provide proof of diagnosis to a case manager, either in-person or via fax. Our services, offered at no cost through the Ryan White Program, are designed to foster health and stability in the lives of those we serve, affirming our commitment to the health and well-being of the community.
