Sarah provides a judgment-free environment where individuals can truly be themselves. She integrates tools from a variety of theories tailored to each client's goals. With a bachelor’s degree in Business - Finance and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, she has additional training in Gottman Couples Counseling, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, DBT, and life coaching. As a parent of a child with special needs, Sarah understands that everyone faces challenges in life. People can be blindsided by events that alter their life course, or they may feel stuck and struggle to find purpose. She believes that each individual has a unique story, and it is an honor for her to hear and support them on their journeys.
