Project Angel Heart

At Project Angel Heart in Parker, CO, we are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals facing severe illnesses such as cancer, HIV/AIDS, and heart disease by providing them with medically tailored, nutritious meals delivered right to their homes. Our program offers seven chef-prepared entrees each week, accompanied by wholesome sides like bread, fruit, and string cheese, all at no cost to our clients. We believe that everyone deserves access to healthy food regardless of age or income, and we also provide free nutrition counseling and education through our registered dietitian, ensuring that each person receives the support they need during challenging times.
