Patient Aid Program

Located in Palisade, CO, the Patient Aid Program is dedicated to supporting individuals facing challenging financial circumstances due to medical issues. We offer a one-time $100 stipend to assist with essential non-medical expenses such as transportation, food, housing, and utilities.
