Located in New Castle, CO, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting low-income individuals with dysphagia by providing essential resources that facilitate better nutrition and care. Our mission is to ensure that those facing swallowing difficulties have access to vital food assistance, including specialized food thickeners, pre-modified meals, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
