OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare Patient Assistance Program, located in Monte Vista, CO, is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer with vital resources that alleviate financial burdens. We understand that every step of this journey is significant, which is why we offer a tailored financial assistance package designed specifically for ovarian cancer patients in need. Our program provides a $200 financial grant, a $100 gas card for travel to treatment, and a $100 grocery card to help with essential purchases. Additionally, we facilitate access to psycho-social counseling sessions with licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling for informed decision-making. We encourage healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of patients, and we process requests based on funding availability.
