Project Angel Heart

Located in Milliken, CO, Project Angel Heart is dedicated to providing vital food assistance through the delivery of medically tailored nutritious meals to individuals facing severe illnesses, including cancer, HIV/AIDS, end-stage renal disease, congestive heart failure, multiple sclerosis, dementia, traumatic brain injuries, and more. Our compassionate program ensures that clients receive seven prepared entrees each week, accompanied by nutritious sides such as bread, fruit, and string cheese, all at no cost.
