OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

Located in Milliken, CO, the OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer. We understand the challenges these resilient individuals face, and we’re here to help ease some of their burdens through our comprehensive financial assistance package tailored specifically for ovarian cancer patients in need. Our offerings include a $200 financial grant, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card, ensuring that essential needs are met. Additionally, we provide access to psycho-social counseling with a licensed clinical social worker and genetic counseling services by phone. We encourage healthcare providers, including physicians and social workers, to submit applications on behalf of their patients, with processing occurring in the order applications are received, and funding availability determining grant distribution.
