Cooking Matters

Cooking Matters, located in Loveland, CO, is dedicated to empowering adults in Larimer County through free virtual food skills and nutrition classes. Our mission is to enhance food literacy and instill confidence in cooking healthy meals. Participants can expect engaging, hands-on learning experiences that focus on practical skills, nutrition education, and meal planning. To further support our community members, we provide a $10 grocery store gift card after completing each new Cooking Matters class, ensuring access to fresh ingredients and fostering healthier eating habits.
