Lauren Forsythe, LPC, is a compassionate and dedicated therapist who approaches her work holistically, focusing on the intricate interactions between thoughts, emotions, physical wellness, and spirituality. With a firm belief that there is no 'one size fits all' treatment, she values the complexity of life and the uniqueness of each individual. With a wealth of experience, particularly with adolescents and children, Lauren skillfully assists clients in developing coping strategies for challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and abuse. As a Registered Play Therapist (RPT), she boasts a decade of experience mentoring adolescents and young adults, and has worked extensively as a court advocate (CASA) for children in foster care, as well as providing support to high-risk adolescents in a residential treatment setting.
