Over several years in Montana and Washington, she has dedicated herself to working in Special Education classrooms, many of which focused on children with autism and their specific communication development needs. In Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Cathie has progressed through various roles, culminating in her position as Clinical Director at one of Colorado's largest center-based behavior therapy practices. Her educational background includes a BS in Speech Pathology and Audiology, a Master's in Education, and a Post-Graduate credential in Applied Behavior Analysis. At Innovations Developmental Solutions, the center-based practice she established in Longmont, Colorado, Cathie emphasizes the importance of Applied Behavior Analysis, Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication, and addressing Eating/Feeding Disorders in her therapeutic work.
