Project Angel Heart

Project Angel Heart serves the Longmont, CO community by preparing and delivering medically tailored nutritious meals to individuals battling severe illnesses such as cancer, HIV/AIDS, and heart failure. Our dedicated team ensures that each client receives seven home-delivered entrees weekly, complemented by sides like bread, fruit, and string cheese, all at no cost. We believe in the power of good nutrition, which is why our clients also benefit from free access to a registered dietitian for education and personalized nutrition counseling. Importantly, we welcome individuals without regard to age or income, ensuring that everyone who needs our support can receive it. Through our mission, we strive to uplift the well-being of those facing health challenges with care and compassion.
