Nurse Collaboration Program

At the Nurse Collaboration Program in Littleton, CO, we are dedicated to fostering the health and well-being of families through comprehensive support services. Our program offers voluntary home visitation for families referred by the Jefferson County Human Services Department, ensuring that mothers, fathers, grandparents, and caregivers receive the guidance they need during those crucial early years of a child's life. Families typically engage with our nurses for a period of 4 to 7 months, with optimal benefits achieved through at least eight visits.
