Everyday Eats (CSFP)- 60+ Individuals ONLY

Everyday Eats, part of the federally recognized Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP), is dedicated to enhancing the health and nutrition of low-income individuals aged 60 and above in Leadville, CO. We provide eligible seniors with a monthly food box filled with essential items like non-perishable protein, powdered or UHT milk, juice, cereal, canned or dried fruits and vegetables, and cheese, along with helpful nutrition education and recipes. Our team, in collaboration with partner agencies, ensures that nutritious food reaches seniors through various distribution sites across multiple counties, including Denver, Arapahoe, Adams, and others. We are committed to preventing hunger among older adults by offering convenient pickup locations and homebound delivery options in select areas. To qualify, applicants must be 60 or older, reside in Colorado, and meet specific income guidelines tailored for household sizes. We believe in empowering seniors with vital food assistance while fostering community well-being.
