OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare Patient Assistance Program, located in Larkspur, CO, is dedicated to supporting women facing ovarian cancer by providing essential financial aid and emotional support. Our program offers a tailored financial assistance package that includes a $200 financial grant, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card to help ease the burdens faced during treatment. In addition, we provide psycho-social counseling sessions with a licensed clinical social worker and genetic counseling via phone with a licensed Genetic Counselor to address emotional and health-related concerns. We encourage healthcare providers like physicians, nurses, and social workers to submit applications on behalf of their patients. Our commitment is to process applications promptly, ensuring support is delivered as funding allows, affirming our mission to honor the strength and resilience of ovarian cancer patients in their journey to wellness.
