Josiah Greever, LPC, understands that past experiences or current struggles can lead individuals to lash out, withdraw, make unwise decisions, or disrupt their relationships. He recognizes that life has a tendency to present challenges that can leave people wounded and disconnected. As pain deepens, many develop coping strategies to numb and protect themselves, leading to long-lasting detrimental effects that deprive them of joy and meaning. However, Josiah believes that these dark places can serve as catalysts to rewrite one's story and move towards healing. He assists clients in navigating trauma, managing anxiety, addressing sexual addiction, developing self-esteem, and resolving marital and couples issues as they progress forward. By combining evidence-based practices like EMDR and attachment theory with depth relational approaches, he targets both the root causes and symptoms of issues. Each session is treated as a sacred opportunity for collaboration in achieving clients’ goals and needs. Josiah steers clear of a one-size-fits-all approach; instead, he tailors his methods to fit each individual's unique needs. He is honored to walk alongside individuals during their season of growth.
