Located in Lafayette, CO, HIV Support Services, part of the Colorado Health Network, offers compassionate support to individuals living with HIV. Our dedicated case managers provide comprehensive assistance, helping you navigate services such as housing support, nutritious food access, and medical transportation. We aim to empower those in need through emergency financial assistance for essential bills, budgeting guidance, and naloxone distribution. Our program is free through the Ryan White Program and is designed to help you access the necessary resources to improve your quality of life. To get started, simply provide your case manager with proof of diagnosis, which can be submitted in person or via fax. We are here to support you every step of the way on your journey to wellness.
