Financial Assistance Funds

In the heart of La Junta, Colorado, Financial Assistance Funds is dedicated to empowering families of children with special health care needs. Our mission is to alleviate financial burdens by providing essential support for medical and non-medical expenses, including medical bills, prescriptions, durable medical equipment, home and vehicle modifications, and daily living costs like food and utilities. We also help with healthcare utilization costs, assisting families with travel to medical facilities and lodging needs. Our grants can provide up to $500 per family per year, with requests prioritized on a first-come, first-served basis, ensuring that help is accessible in a timely manner. We understand the unique challenges these families face and strive to offer compassionate assistance that meets their immediate needs.
