Patient Aid Program

Based in Greeley, CO, the Patient Aid Program is dedicated to alleviating some of the financial burdens faced by individuals undergoing treatment for serious illnesses. We offer a one-time $100 stipend to help cover essential non-medical expenses such as transportation, food, housing, and utilities, ensuring that patients can focus on their healing journey. Our program aims to provide timely emergency assistance, although continued support is subject to available funding.
