Located in Golden, CO, HIV Support Services through the Colorado Health Network is dedicated to providing essential support to individuals living with HIV. Our compassionate case managers are here to guide you through every step, ensuring you have access to vital programs tailored to your needs. We offer comprehensive services including case management, assistance in securing both short and long-term housing, access to nutritious food, medical transportation, emergency financial aid for utilities and phone bills, budgeting assistance, naloxone distribution, and help with vital documentation. To begin receiving support, simply provide proof of diagnosis to a case manager, which can be submitted in person or via fax. This service is offered at no cost through the Ryan White Program, underlining our commitment to the well-being of the community we serve.
