Located in Fountain, CO, HIV Support Services, part of the Colorado Health Network, is dedicated to supporting individuals living with HIV through a variety of essential services. Our compassionate case managers work closely with you to ensure you receive comprehensive support tailored to your needs, including assistance with housing, access to nutritious foods, and vital medical transportation. We understand that navigating financial pressures can be overwhelming, so we also offer emergency financial assistance for utilities and phone bills, along with guidance on budgeting. Our program is committed to your health and well-being, providing resources such as naloxone and help with obtaining vital documents. To begin your journey with us, simply provide proof of diagnosis to a case manager, either in person or via fax. Our services are free through the Ryan White Program, empowering you to take control of your health with confidence and care.
