Located in Fountain, CO, Financial Assistance Funds is dedicated to supporting children with special health care needs and their families. Our mission is to alleviate the financial burden associated with medical and daily living expenses, providing much-needed assistance for medical costs, including prescriptions and durable medical equipment, as well as non-medical expenses like home and vehicle modifications. We also cover healthcare utilization costs such as travel to medical appointments and lodging for families, alongside essential daily living costs like food and utilities. Each family can receive grants of up to $500 per year, with a thoughtful review process to ensure timely support. We believe in empowering families to access the care they deserve, and we welcome requests for assistance to help navigate these challenges.
