She provides solely online telehealth services with an integrative approach, employing methodologies such as Somatic-mind body therapy, CBT, Jungian, and Humanistic approaches. Furthermore, Taya offers low-cost Substance Use and/or Mental Health Evaluations and collaborates with various platforms to assist clients in navigating insurance coverage. Inspired by Rumi's wisdom, ‘the wound is how the light gets in,’ Taya commits herself to help clients transform their wounds into opportunities for growth, facilitating a fuller life.
