Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) is dedicated to supporting the health of families in Fort Collins, CO, by offering vital nutrition assistance at no cost to eligible families. Our program provides nutritious groceries, comprehensive nutrition education, and breastfeeding support to pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as children under five. Through personalized consultations, participants receive tailored guidance on maintaining healthy diets, tackling picky eating, and managing budgets. WIC also connects families to essential resources, including medical and dental care, health insurance, and childcare. To join WIC, you must reside in Colorado, have a family income that meets our guidelines, and be either pregnant, breastfeeding, or caring for a child under five. Those receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Food Stamps, or Medicaid automatically qualify, as do foster children under five.
