Located in Evans, CO, HIV Support Services is dedicated to empowering individuals living with HIV by providing essential support tailored to their unique needs. Our compassionate team of case managers is committed to guiding clients through every stage of their journey, ensuring they gain access to vital resources including housing assistance, nutritious food options, medical transportation, and emergency financial support for utilities and phone bills. We also offer budgeting assistance and naloxone distribution to promote safety and well-being. Clients can begin receiving free services through the Ryan White Program by supplying their case manager with proof of HIV diagnosis, which can be submitted in person or via fax. Together, we are here to support our community with care and respect, helping individuals thrive despite the challenges they face.
