Project Angel Heart

In Englewood, CO, Project Angel Heart is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of individuals facing severe illnesses, including cancer, HIV/AIDS, and multiple sclerosis, by providing free, medically tailored meals delivered right to their homes. Each client receives seven nutritious entrees per week, accompanied by fresh sides such as bread, fruit, and string cheese, ensuring they have the energy and nourishment needed to support their health. Beyond meal delivery, our program includes access to a registered dietitian who offers personalized education and nutrition counseling at no cost. We believe that everyone deserves access to healthy meals, regardless of age or income, and we are here to support our community in their time of need.
