OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare Patient Assistance Program, located in Elizabeth, CO, is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer. We understand the unique challenges these resilient individuals face, and our mission is to provide essential financial assistance tailored for their needs. Our program offers a financial grant of $200, alongside a $100 gas card and a $100 grocery card, ensuring that patients can manage vital expenses during their treatment journey. We also offer psycho-social counseling sessions via phone with licensed social workers and access to genetic counseling for informed health decisions. To apply, we encourage healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of patients, which we process in the order received based on available funding.
