Project Angel Heart

Project Angel Heart is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals in Eaton, CO, who are facing severe illnesses such as cancer, HIV/AIDS, and multiple sclerosis by providing free, home-delivered nutritious meals tailored to their medical needs. Our program offers seven wholesome entrees each week, alongside sides including bread, fruit, and string cheese, ensuring clients receive balanced nutrition. In addition, we provide complimentary access to a registered dietitian, offering education and nutrition counseling to support our clients' health. At Project Angel Heart, we believe that everyone, regardless of age or income, deserves access to healthy meals during challenging times.
