Recently, Jennifer completed training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, further enhancing her ability to address issues such as trauma, shame, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and body image concerns. She holds a special passion for supporting individuals through life transitions and providing LGBTQ+ affirmation in her practice.
