Gabriela Zorzutti

Gabriela Zorzutti is a distinguished psychoanalyst whose approach transcends conventional therapeutic norms. In a society that often imposes rigid standards of success and happiness, she advocates for a therapeutic space where adaptation is not the objective; instead, it centers around the exploration of individual desire. Understanding that a life enriched by desire is truly worth living, Gabriela emphasizes that psychoanalysis serves as a unique pathway to accessing and sustaining this aspect of life. An Argentinian professional trained in both Freudian and Lacanian analysis, Gabriela is an ABD PhD Candidate and doctoral researcher at the University of Buenos Aires. Her commitment to the practice and evolution of Lacanian psychoanalysis is evident in her role as a Founding Member of the Colorado Analytic Forum of the Lacanian Field and as Director of its Clinical College. Moreover, she holds the title of AME with the IF-EPFCL, showcasing her dedication to the discipline. Gabriela maintains a bilingual private practice serving diverse populations, encompassing adults to children. Her professional affiliations extend to the AME of the School of Psychoanalysis of the Forums of the Lacanian Field, the Foro Analitico del Rio de la Plata, and the Lacanian Forum of Washington DC, among others. Gabriela has also taken an active role in the global discourse of psychoanalysis by organizing and participating in international conferences across cities such as Denver, Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro, Warsaw, Paris, Rome, and Washington DC.
