Patient Aid Program

Located in Delta, Colorado, the Patient Aid Program is dedicated to offering vital financial assistance to individuals facing the burdens of non-medical expenses related to serious health challenges. Our mission is to alleviate some of the financial strain associated with transportation, food, housing, and utility costs through a one-time $100 stipend. We understand that navigating health-related challenges can be overwhelming, and we aim to provide quick, emergency payments to support those in need.
