In the heart of Delta, Colorado, Financial Assistance Funds is dedicated to supporting families with children who have special health care needs by alleviating the financial burdens they face. Each family can receive up to $500 annually, with special consideration given for larger requests on a case-by-case basis. Applications are reviewed in the order they are received, with a commitment to timely support.
