OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

Located in Cortez, CO, the OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer by providing essential financial assistance and compassionate resources. Our program offers a financial grant of $200, along with a $100 gas card and a $100 grocery card to help ease the burden during treatment. We also facilitate access to psycho-social counseling and genetic counseling sessions by licensed professionals, ensuring that our patients receive the holistic support they need. We invite healthcare providers to assist their patients in applying for aid, as applications are processed in order of receipt and are contingent upon available funding.
