Essential Needs Grant Program for Cancer Patients

The Essential Needs Grant Program for Cancer Patients, operated by the Ray of Hope Cancer Foundation in Conifer, CO, is dedicated to alleviating the financial burdens faced by patients undergoing cancer treatment. We understand that medical costs can strain daily living, which is why we offer grants that provide crucial support for basic needs. Each month, we invite adult and pediatric patients currently in treatment or recently post-treatment to apply for financial assistance. This initiative is designed to prioritize those with the greatest financial need, typically individuals lacking sufficient medical insurance and living at or below the poverty level. Our grants, awarded once annually and up to twice in a lifetime, offer $750 for adults and $1,000 for children. In urgent situations, we are committed to delivering emergency grants within 48 hours, through a quick assessment facilitated by a caseworker. We thrive on ensuring that every patient can focus on their health without additional financial stress, demonstrating our mission of compassion and support for those battling cancer in our community.
