Partnering for Adams County Kids (PACK) is dedicated to improving the lives of children and families in Commerce City, CO, by utilizing a holistic, 2Gen approach to support those with children and youth from birth to 21 years. Our collaborative meetings bring together children, youth, parents, guardians, caregivers, and community agency representatives to develop actionable plans that connect families to essential resources. Through these partnerships, PACK aims to enhance service access and outcomes for families in Adams County, ensuring that every family has the support they need to thrive.
