Kayli Cross

Kayli Cross is the owner of Juniper Crossing Practice: Solutions for Grounded Living. She offers individualized therapy to adults, with a specialization in the young adult developmental life stage. Kayli adopts a practical and collaborative approach, guiding her clients through important milestones in self-development, navigating various relationships—familial, romantic, peer, and professional—and building essential skills such as self-compassion, self-awareness, and self-accountability. Through the therapeutic relationship, she empowers her clients to make healthy decisions and foster self-confidence through meaningful connections and shared positive experiences. Additionally, Kayli provides parenting and caregiver counseling, along with family therapy, particularly for teens and adult clients. Her therapeutic family work focuses on empowerment through education and fostering authentic connections within the relational system, showcasing her belief in the power of intentional conversation and shared experiences in facilitating change. Alongside traditional talk therapy, Kayli integrates Mindful Movement, a form of therapeutic yoga, into her practice. As a registered yoga teacher with training in a trauma-informed approach, she enriches her clients' experience. Kayli's certified therapy dog, Levi, often accompanies her during sessions, adding an extra layer of warmth and comfort.
