Jenny Coffey

LMFT

Colorado Springs, CO US
Jenny Coffey, LMFT, believes in the importance of connecting with clients on a deep level as a therapist. She takes pride in getting to know her clients personally and often adopts a coaching role throughout the therapy process. Jenny's sessions are centered around the client's journey, with no issue being too big or small. Her specialty and primary passion lie in working with couples, as she firmly believes that all couples can return to—and maintain—their honeymoon phase. Additionally, she cherishes the opportunity to support couples in the pre-marital and pre-engagement stages, providing them a safe space to navigate challenges before embarking on their journey together. As a Prepare/Enrich Assessment Facilitator and a SYMBIS (+) Facilitator, Jenny enjoys guiding clients through these assessments to help them discover more about themselves and their partners. She also supervises 16 interns/candidates who offer low sliding scale services for individuals, couples, and families. Jenny appreciates the intimate setting of individual therapy, especially when working with women, and feels honored to accompany her clients through the numerous transitions of life. Her expertise includes working with issues such as OCD, pre-/postpartum challenges, infertility, grief, significant life losses, and family of origin issues.
