Gina Tambone has been dedicated to working with at-risk youth since 2004. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, both from UCCS, she combines academic excellence with hands-on experience. Gina began her career in a residential treatment facility, gaining invaluable frontline experience. She later applied her skills to assist middle school students in a local school and returned to a residential setting as a therapist, focusing extensively on working with sexually abusive youth. Her expertise is further highlighted by her research presentations across the United States and Canada, and she holds a Full Operating Treatment Provider designation from the Colorado Sex Offender Management Board (SOMB). Passionate about supporting adolescents and young adults, Gina believes that addressing today's issues is key to alleviating tomorrow's challenges. Through a collaborative therapeutic process that includes family involvement, she aims to help clients heal and find a brighter future. Gina understands that starting therapy can be daunting, especially in an inpatient psychiatric setting where safety and comfort are paramount. She recognizes the courage it takes to seek help and is committed to guiding her clients through their journeys towards healing.
