Mary Hudson

Mary Hudson is a dedicated and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist, passionate about empowering college-age and young adults through life transitions, identity issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma. With a compassionate approach, she understands that parents of children and teens facing low self-esteem, sadness, or worry often feel overwhelmed. Mary assures them that they are not alone and that there is hope for their child to feel better. Alongside her co-therapist pup, Annie, she provides Family Therapy as part of her services, although she does not specialize in couples therapy. As a Christian, Mary offers faith-based counseling upon request while respecting clients' choices not to integrate faith into the therapeutic process. She accepts various forms of payment including Private Pay and Out of Network Coverage, and is committed to helping families navigate through their challenges with care and expertise. Mary is currently offering online therapy to broaden her support for those in need.
