Located in Cedaredge, CO, Financial Assistance Funds is dedicated to supporting children with special health care needs and their families by providing crucial financial assistance. Our program covers a variety of essential costs, including medical expenses such as prescriptions, medical bills, and necessary medical supplies, as well as non-medical needs like home and vehicle modifications, clothing, and daily staples like diapers and bottles. We also help with healthcare-related travel costs to medical facilities, accommodation expenses for families, and transportation needs, ensuring that financial barriers do not prevent access to vital care. Each family can receive grants up to $500 annually, with requests exceeding this amount subject to Board approval. We review applications as they come in, aiming to respond promptly, and ask for a minimum of 15 business days for processing.
