Patient Aid Program

The Patient Aid Program in Carbondale, CO, is dedicated to supporting individuals facing financial challenges due to medical conditions by providing a one-time stipend of $100 to assist with essential non-medical expenses such as transportation, food, housing, and utilities. Our mission is to alleviate some of the financial burdens that can accompany health struggles, ensuring that individuals can focus on their recovery without the added stress of everyday costs.
