Located in Canon City, CO, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing health and well-being through our Home Delivered Meals program, offering Medically Tailored Meals to eligible clients under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, or the Older Americans Act. Our meals, planned by Registered Dietitians, cater to various medical conditions including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, ensuring that they are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those covered by Medicaid or the Older Americans Act, N4L provides meals based on specific eligibility criteria. Medicare Advantage beneficiaries can check their plans for meal coverage, while self-pay individuals can conveniently access our meals at an affordable rate of $7.75 each. We are committed to meeting the unique dietary needs of our clients, providing not just meals, but also support through our Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services.
